      Great pay and great bonus.

      Cons

      If you're not a farmer you're a nobody. The old timer operators (who have been there 20 odd years) absolutely run the show. Management are afraid of them and will never do anything to set them off

      Pros

      Really nothing bad to say about life at Carbery. Great culture, a real appreciation of work-life balance and flexibility in working arrangements. Management all very approachable and take feedback extremely well.

      Cons

      If you need to be onsite all the time in West Cork it can become a little monotonous getting out there.
