No pro's in recent years. Commission is a joke, KPI's are ridiculous and the culture is unwelcoming.

Carbon60, part of Impellam Group, acquired by Headfirst Group, is incredibly unstable with mass redundancies through the restructure, which in of itself is fine, however they have alienated the core of the business, which, billed the highest out or the 3 STEM brands last year. Commission structure is the lowest I have ever seen, for example; Contract placements of 3 months offers a 1-off £50, 6-Month 1-off £100, 12-month £200. This is so outside of the recruitment commission structures known to all. Also, with the redundancies, they have elected to outsource the delivery/resourcing function to India, rather than employ and train local workers.
