Pros
Carburetor took the time in my early days to help introduce me to the company and make sure I was well trained. The company's senior management have a very clear idea of where they want to take the company and make their goals and objectives transparent so everyone has an opportunity to comment and contribute to the discussion. Lots of opportunity for growth.
Cons
The office can get a bit hectic when several people are having conversations at once. Quadcopter broke 45 minutes after we started using it, possibly because we flew it into too many walls...
