      Cardamom is one of the few companies that truly values its employees. I feel appreciated and truly welcomed every single day! Everyone around you is cheering for your success, and collaborating to make this place the best it can be. I have never felt more "at home" in my life!

      collaboration, team based environment, helpful and present leadership team, flexible time off, work from home, supportive coworkers

      Cons

      pay is a little bit lower than what I've seen elsewhere, but there are tradeoffs. flexibility is key as the team continues to grow and role responsibilities shift
