      Toxic culture overshadowed by generous benefits

      Generous HSA and benefits. That’s it

      Stay away. You will feel so seen and so respected and so wanted in the interview process and your first few months with the company it will shift. This company is the definition of a popularity contest. They hire people in management and leadership roles that have no specific leadership/management training. This becomes a massive issue when your manager cannot manage you. The CEO started to cry publicly on stage during a company event talking about one specific employee. Weird the environment is toxic used to be amazing. Everyone who is currently there who’s not in a leadership position is burnt out and in fear of losing their job don’t do it

      Great benefits, PTO, continuous opportunities to grow and challenge yourself with a supportive team and company that is always progressing towards the best processes and product.

      Cons

      Small teams can make it stressful at times when it comes to tight deadlines or trying to make sure taking time off is okay without feeling like you’re leaving anyone hanging. Small teams also bring up the concern of not many opportunities for promotions or career advancements.
