Turnover is terrible! They cannot find the proper leadership to lead the school and only want the money. The teachers do not care and only work to get their license and get out. Administration blatantly discriminates against people of color. They mistreat special ed students. I do not recommend working here AT ALL

Staff that does well often has to take on the work or responsibilities of the staff who doesn’t. There is a high percentage of students who struggle and have hard home lives which means that the work load is very hard to raise their scores and get them on grade level. Pay is low even for teaching and is not always transparent. Raises are hard to come by. The charter school structure often means that choices are made by the corporation and not by leadership. Class sizes are high and decisions are made to bring profits.
