The platform drives real performance results and provides invaluable insights to clients. Our clients love us. The sales team has every right to win with clients and there's still more upside to capture. Very strong XFN Partnerships. Everyone here works hard and brings their best self to work. People first and team mentality.

Cons

There's been a lot of changes but the business is stabilizing now.

- Competitive, market-rate pay with bonus opportunity - Mental health benefits are good - free counseling sessions included - Calm app included for you and people you care about, which is a nice touch - Lifestyle Spending Account - the company puts real money in annually for things like wellness, personal development, and coaching. Not just a gym reimbursement - My team and leader have been great, super supportive during onboarding

Cons

If I had to flag anything for leadership, it would be the stock price (which comes with the territory of a turnaround) and making sure the onboarding experience keeps up as the company evolves. Neither is a dealbreaker, just areas worth attention.

I’ve spent a majority of my career with Cardlytics and am impressed with its current state. The company is right-sized, efficient and poised for growth. The leadership team is amazing - they’ve turned the business around while keeping compensation and benefits in-tact. They truly care about their employees and it shows.

Cons

The business has had its challenges over the years. I left two times and have come back again. The current leadership team is one of the best teams I’ve had the privilege of working for.
