Pros

Since Cardone has broken their side of their agreement by NOT paying the sales teams their commission for the last 2 years, I can not list a single pro for working here.

Cons

A previous review mentioned this is a place in transition but good otherwise. No, it is not. That is a lie. Can you imagine as a sales person earning a nice commission and NEVER getting it? The CEO will not answer a single question on when we will get paid and/or if. We are talking 2015 commission checks! It is November of 2016.

Pros

Local company Philadelphia based, everyone seemed to be very friendly. Hard to say anymore

Cons

Incredibly long interview and hiring cycle. The company vision is tied to its religious - Christian values and while they don't seem to require that you subscribe, it was mentioned that prayers in meetings are not unheard of. Had to sign 10+ different contracts consisting of well over 50 pages of terms definitely positioned in the best interest of the company. You basically give up all rights to personal privacy and protection from these guys. Also had to endure 3 to 4 different and the strangest psychological and aptitude test I had every had to endure throughout my 30 years of work experience - a very different experience. I got the job though and was scheduled to start March 5. Two weeks prior to starting, I received a call telling me that the company reorganized and my position had been eliminated i.e. my offer was rescinded leaving me without a job - not even able to collect unemployment if I wanted to because I left my prior job and wasn't fired. Craziest most unethical thing I have ever seen done by a company. Be careful of this place.

Pros

CARDONE Industries is a business with a soul. Family owned for over 45 years, it's in the third generation of family ownership with two members of the third generation actively involved in the day to day operations. CARDONE Is an environment with an open-door leadership style, giving professionals in the business ample opportunity to interact with the executive group and be heard. From a rewards perspective, the company strives to offer market-driven wages and has a phenomenal health and retirement benefits program. Recently, there has been strong investment in the development of the professional staff.

Cons

You must have an appetite for, and the ability to thrive in the midst of change. The company has aggressive growth plans and are positioning themselves for it through multiple projects and changes. If you are not change tolerant, it's a challenging place to work.
