      Great for gaining broad IT experience Some clients are supportive

      Some colleagues can be unprofessional. Work-life balance is unfair due to demanding and sometimes rude clients. I often feel stuck in the middle, trying to satisfy both managers and clients, while employee mental health is overlooked.
