Pros
Symptom management training, resources available. Knowledgeable staff. Own MD, NP staff.
Cons
Upper management has forgotten that patient care takes time. Focused too much on staff productivity instead of patient focus, like in previous years. Hospice work is emotional on the staff as well.

no 401k, no growth or opportunity for advancement, favoritism, people who are promoted are the ones who can be obsequious the most.
