CEO & COO show favortism to Filipino employees. You don't have a chance in this agency if you are not Filipino! They hire totally incompetent caregivers who can barely speak English!

Have the mission for helping the seniors company culture is ok and make you feel engaged only at the beginning Only good/ nice to intern or some part time employees. Recommend to work there for a short term, but definitely not long term

Cons

No salary increase/ or career growth/ medical insurance is not good/ low 401K match No work and life balance Low efficiency: manually document all the time. Company love to use the time doctor to evaluate your performance instead of the result.

CEO and COO are very family-oriented, welcoming, and friendly. There's always room for growth within the company and managers are always motivated. I am very fortunate to work for a company that knows their employees have a lot of potential. They truly believe that each employee is important and has value for the company. Feedbacks are always welcome and encouraged.
