Unfortunately, CareDocs could have avoided this review if they handled my exit with respect. I decided to leave the company after 1 month of employment (within my probation period) and informed the management about that. They told me not to tell anyone about that but did not provide the reason why not. Later that week, I learned that they told the team themselves. When I then tried asking *what exactly* did they say, I was told by the management that it is their policy to "manage the effect of someone's exit" and I was told explicitly that they "do not care whether I like it or not" as they "only care about the current employees". I was also told they announced "mutual agreement" as the reason for my leaving. Another person from the management, however, said that the reason was not announced to the team. Being confused, as I heard conflicting stories, I asked another person from the company what did the management actually say. They said that it was announced I "did something disturbing", therefore I had to go. This is absolutely unacceptable as it is defamatory and is a complete lie.
