Great & Flexible Schedule! Consistency in hours and pay! Supportive leaders and staff. Good pay and work life balance.

Cons

The cons section is mandatory to fill out on here, but I really do enjoy my position with COFK, and there isn’t anything I’m unsatisfied with. If I do have concerns, I reach out to the leaders and it will be solved.

Great field support. Also competitive wages. Opportunities for career growth as well with preceptor training. My recruiter worked very hard to match me with clients and scheduling to meet my needs. Very happy with the outcome!

Cons

Payroll has made a few mistakes but they were eventually remedied. Keep an eye on the accuracy of your paystubs. Otherwise, no cons!
