      Pros

      8 hour shifts Great team Varied shift hours Supported individuals

      Cons

      Overtime pay cut from 1.5 to 1 stated as money saving , but always find money to make management positions Low staff morale and high turnover Since CEO left the company has become cold and uncaring Staff are expected to be closed off emotionally. No support from management Top dogs have no idea what happens in the services or how hard staff work

      Pros

      The company are working hard to align their reputation with that of better providers and to meet regulatory requirements. Plentiful training oportunities to upskill staff.

      Cons

      The company to not apply their 'Values' to their staff. Staff morale is low with very high turnover and sickness. Overtime for staff was cut from 1.5 to single time to save on cost which has since increased with more agency use. The senior leadership team do not appear to know what they're doing with lots of chopping and changing. Creation and dissolution of posts. Stress levels are very high among staff with lots of sickness due to mental health issues.
