Pros

I absolutely love working for this company. If you enjoy working independently with a super supportive, encouraging, and motivating team well this company is for you. The pay is great and you're allowed to make your own work schedule. It's definitely a stress free work environment that does not require or demand a lot of time away from family.

Cons

You're only paid once a month with no benefits. If you're fine with that well this is definitely the company for you.

The management: concerned, responsive, considerate, interested, generous--they are fantastic! As a Care Manager, the work hours were flexible, the job itself fit me perfectly; I completely enjoyed working with the clients. It's a great option as a nurse.

Cons

The paperwork piece could be extensive--but that is the nature of the type of nursing work, not Care Team Solutions; the Humana computer system was awful to work with and could be very frustrating.

Pros

Working for Care Team solutions has been a great experience. Being an internal employee, I have grown from working in a team-oriented environment where everyone supports each other! Care Team is extremely flexible and encourages a healthy life/work balance. Management is always open to new ideas on current processes!

Cons

I truly don't have anything negative to say about my time with Care Team Solutions.
