Even though it's a small business, I really enjoyed my job there. Everyone has the right to express their opinions and be heard.

Cons

No cons for me as I enjoyed working there but got laid off due to the budgetting.

Innovative Product & Technology CareCru offers a genuinely innovative solution in the dental space with their proprietary reminder cadence, virtual line system, and reputation management tools. These features effectively help dental practices streamline their operations and increase revenue, making it a valuable product in the market. Excellent Team Culture & Management The company fosters a supportive work environment with amicable team members and exceptional leadership. My coach was particularly impressive—intelligent, insightful, and had a coaching style that really resonated with me. My manager was awesome, and the overall team dynamic was collaborative and positive. Outstanding Work-Life Balance CareCru truly prioritizes work-life balance, which is reflected in their policies and company culture. The remote work flexibility was a significant benefit that contributed to overall job satisfaction.

Cons

Engineering Team Cohesion Issues During my time there, the engineering team seemed to lack the same level of cohesion found elsewhere in the organization. This disconnect occasionally impacted project coordination and overall technical execution. Slow Bug Resolution Platform bugs would often take an extended time to be resolved, which could be frustrating when trying to deliver optimal service to clients and maintain product quality. Below-Market Compensation The pay wasn't as competitive compared to industry standards. However, this was somewhat offset by the remote work arrangement, which reduced commuting and meal expenses.
