Lack of communication from the top down. No career growth path for administrative jobs.

management is completely inept and the next 4 years likely to bring the downfall of more people with costs being cut (on paper). The headwinds are pretty obvious as leadership choses to ignore those and continue to march ahead without listening to the ground level
