      The patients and community are great

      Cons

      Management sucks, poor money management. They do not pay bills, including insurance premiums, unemployment benefits, and 401 k payments directly deducted from your paycheck. It is a very toxic workplace, plenty of gossip and what ever you speak to management about will be leaked to the entire organization. Oh, and they pay you when they want to. They deserve negative 5 stars.

      Providing a valued service to the community.

      Cons

      Admin is too top heavy. Sad work culture. They are stuck in the past and need to refine working environment to attract and retain qualified candidates. Pay is not the best and there is a lack of transparency.
