Pros

Remote ( this is the only pro )

Cons

Extremely low pay, micro management, it’s never enough..mentality..even with excellent stats. You are just a number and are easily replaced and they make sure you don’t forget it!! The slightest err they tell you your job is hanging by a thread! Teenage unprofessional know it all entitled bureaucratic bologna.

Part Time WFH

Pros

Working from home opportunity, Usually unlimited working hours available for part time ( Extra incentive is given but it’s almost not worth it because of the back to back high call volume). I used to take advantage of it but the volume is sooo bad I can no longer endure to work extra Easy role

Cons

-Back to back non stop calls with no breaks or downtime. -Highturnover It is truly insane for any company to expect anyone to take back to back calls for hours with only nine seconds in between. The company continues to grow and expand and acquire new accounts well attrition and turnover continues to grow. The call volume is almost unbearable at times even for a 4 hr shift. I would not recommend for a long-term career. Especially for those with higher education. -This work is very easy but the compensation is very low for the volume of work to put out the bonus structure has been offered as an incentive But isn’t really beneficial, base pay needs to be more -Little growth and advancement opportunities besides not being on the phone Unfortunately attrition will continue to grow, this company is a revolving door. EVERY person that I have recommended for this position has less the role because of the high back to back call volume.

Pros

- Variety of shifts - Monthly bonuses based on performance statistics (structure has changed multiple times in less than 2 years, however) - PTO earning - Benefits (though not particularly affordable) - OT availabilities during peak seasons - Occasional Power Hours boost +$5/hr - Team Leads and Supervisors are good

Cons

- No sick time - PTO cannot be used as sick time - Point system punishes for attendance with no availability to cover illnesses or family emergencies - Raises are menial - Little to no financial growth between titles/positions; increase in responsibilities does not equal pay increase - Little to no job growth - Regular verbal abuse from callers and medical staff alike - Standard fluff to show "appreciation" to employees rather than showing care for employees - General training; rushed and leaves many unprepared - lack of difficulty explained in training to prepare for difficult situations - General feeling of "easily replaced" greatly supported by lower than average pay rates compared to competitors
