Pros

There are ZERO Pros This is a REALLY BAD COMPANY!

Cons

This company is so backwards. They lie to their employees, do NOT AT ALL have the customer’s best interest in mind. Hire you with 1 job description and promise commissions and have you doing a completely different job and not pay commissions. This company perused all of the top paying agents from EHealth and offered them a position at Carezone. They lied and said they would pay more hourly and provider more commissions. None of this happened. Several of the employees took the offer to only find out is was all BS. Pay was less, no leads and the worst management you will ever encounter! In addition to the poor management and disgrace of the company, this place co-mingles pharmacy sales and Medicare sales. Their tactics are very poor and unethical. Word of advice, pass on this company. It will be going out of business soon, trust me! If I had a way to let every carezone customer know how bad this company was and how they do not care about them as a customer, I would do it. Don’t work for this company and do not do business with this company. Regarding advancement opportunities! This is a joke. This company does not value their employees. Nor did they even bother to offer advanced opportunities!

Pros

- Making a real impact on people’s lives. - Lots of women in leadership positions, particularly legal, engineering. - Working with the cream of the crop. My team was incredible. - Snacks, lunch on Fridays - Nice office environment (although I’ve heard differently about Nashville)

Cons

- Low pay for the intense subject matter, emotional labor - Feeling like I’m chained to my desk - Having to do a job that I was not hired for (had anyone mentioned “call center” in my interview, I would never have moved across the country for this job) - Feeling like no one cares about our team...because no one cares about our team. (Hey Seattle, you have no idea what goes on in SF or TN, so stop writing 5 star reviews.) - Having managers and HR telling me “maybe this just isn’t the place for you” instead of hearing me out and making any sort of effort towards improving my experience. HIGH TURNOVER. - Not being heard when giving feedback on processes. There is definitely a “stay in your lane” mentality. - Not receiving any recognition for anything I’ve done here, ever. - No movement out of this position anywhere in sight. - Lack of communication among teams. (Silos) - Clocking in and out. (come on, really?) - Limited sick days. People get sick. Especially when they’re stressed out. 5 days a year is not enough. Esp when the rest of the company can come and go as they please. - Leadership has no idea what they're doing, which is why things change on a day-to-day basis.
