I worked there as a faculty for bank coaching , u can learn a lot , be at your best,get some earning to enjoy

Cons

I worked hourly basislc and work hours are too low so monthly salary will be just around 6000, i took classes in weekend 4 hrs per week at 200rs/hr

The people other than the management are good. I made some of the best friends here

Management thinks that they own you if they are paying you. Your manager will take credit for your work. They won't help at all and behave as if they were born with all the knowledge. Zero Guidance, Low Package, and High Mental Harassment
