Pros
Gives an opportunities to work for various size firms. Best working experience as all the employees work as a team. Has considerable degree of freedom in implementation and carrying out of work. And personally I enjoy expanding my knowledge , looking for the best solutions through research and observation and also being shared my expertise.
Cons
In particular, there are so such cons but the only issue a lot of employees have that it's 6 days working otherwise the entire team and management is highly corporative and understanding.
