Low pay, no raises with time and or promotions achieved with Career Training Academy. If you don’t care about earning a paycheck for your achievements and growth then you will be fine. If you do then this is not the place for you. There is a reason why they are always hiring and it’s not because their enrollment is high.

CEO and corporate do not care at all about their employees or students. Money money money is all they talk about. Cut so many good things for their students just to save $ now they are sending out incompetent grads. no one ever knows who's in charge or what they are doing...equipment is in bad shape
