First of all, this company is a scam. They get their records from people who were on a phony site looking for jobs and try to harass them into going to school. On top of that, commission agents are held to high regard because they are foolish enough to accept no hourly salary and often may as well be working in a sweatshop in Dubai. Hourly agents are disrespected, given horrible records and don't get equal treatment as commission agents despite a difference in payscale. Commission agents get pizza parties, free italian gourmet and often incentives to do better. An hourly agent is lucky not to get canned at the beginning of their shift. The firing process has gone from warning then final warning then firing to come in, locked out of your account, and shown the door. I would recommend this job to anyone who is suicidal and needs that final push.

The way in which this company approaches college recruitment is sleazy. They claim rhey ate there to help you find a new job but in reakity they just want to sign you up for school. Overall, a disappointing experience.
