      Growth with Challenging Environment

      Pros

      - Challenging environment - Opportunity to learn - Opportunity to make decision, be a part of the core management, since the team & company is growing - People are nice - Management is putting efforts to give the employees what they need (as much as possible)

      Cons

      - Management is a bit slow when it comes to completion of certain things - Management is hiring, but still we are lacking of manpower when it comes to Engineering Department.

      It was good while working, good training and experience.

      Cons

      The company is not in a good position. Giving salary in 2 installments and delaying it. Not giving employee reimbursements. And if you are leaving the company forget about you Full n Final settlement. They will not give the incentives that you have worked hard for. They will not even give the salary of the last one month you worked. After leaving they will not respond to any mails.

      The company is really good for a person who wants to build a career in sales and who has a zeal, passion and enthusiasm to perform and meet the targets. The company pays you well for the hardwork you put in. Work culture is Good

      Cons

      It is difficult to maintain work life balance with weekends working. What to do connectivity with students is better during the weekends only

      Thanks for sharing. We do acknowledge that weekend workings is not for everyone. But when we are on a mission to impact lives, the zeal for the same comes first. As far as employee engagement is considered, we take your point into consideration. The Culture team is publishing an engagement calendar for the quarter and ensuring all teams get to interact with each other during these engagement activities.
