Terrible culture led by even worse leadership PE owned - lack of stability (constant acquisitions/restructuring) Pay below industry averages Lack of opportunity for advancement in career/career pathing support Products are not as good competition Dysfunctional processes - no alignment, extremely siloed and limited cross departmental communication Employees treated like expendable numbers

Compensation does not change, even after 5 years at the same rate. Recently the company was purchased by a very large organization, and except for a "thank you, we couldn't do this without you" there has been no recognition, bonus or salary increases. The other disappointment is there are only a few people who are permanent, and the rest of the coaches are "as needed". This makes it impossible to plan monthly and means I am always chasing more work.
