Pros

No Pros at all as the treatment they gave me while exiting was miserable

Cons

I was threatened and misbehaved by the senior management during my notice period. I was forcefully asked to sign a agreement after a i resigned and when i refused i got call from senior management stating that "I will ruin your career".

Pros

On time salary is the only pros i can think off!

Cons

Don't know where to start? Worst HR policies and delay in appraisals upto 6-9 months. 2016-17 bonus was paid in Nov in bits & pieces. You will not be able to judge as they will lock the salary details. Worst part is you need to complete pms/ objective setting in Nov/ Dec for 6 months which is already lapsed (ideally we should do it before). When I had put down, they said you will be getting 8% hike and to my surprise there was no hike and bonus was paid in peanuts. They said the RPO engagement was not doing good and we are bearing costs of employees who have come back. They say company is under-going losses but fact is they keep on investing in all real-estate and hotels. No big clients, no RPO's and everyone at top are just trying to save their own jobs. There will be a gate-pass given if you are coming from onsite and will be asked to leave within a week or two. They will give all nonsense reasons and bind you in non-performance tornado. No transparency in policies and procedures. Your performance is directly related to revenue. Its a proper Marwadi company. No employee engagement activities as they have stopped even quarterly lunch! After ESI, they still push everyone to take Insurance and not bothered about our take home. Attrition is all time high and you will be lucky if you are able to sustain for 3 to 4 months. Even senior members have left as they got to know on company's culture.

Pros

Regret to say but None.

Cons

* Managers here have gained expertise in ill-treating their subordinates. * Female managers are equally horrible. * Anybody including the Top Management can come up to you & misbehave. * No respect for hard-working women employees. * Managers & Management very well know how to form the group of monkeys who do nothing except cheap office politics. * Raising complaint against Manager to the HR is a disaster. * If by chance raised the complaint. The HR & the top management will shun you, backfire you, threaten you, & remove you. * I am still suffering from stress related health issues because their mistreatment. * Whatever salary they paid me, today I am spending four times more on health treatment medicines.
