Pay. Honestly, that's about it. Otherwise I would advise against working here. Management is a joke. CEO is nothing more than a snake oil charmer.
Cons
This is a scam, pure and simple. The concept that CareerTeam is trying to sell to the unemployed public is a joke. These people want a job, not some phony life coach that sells the taxpayers "magic beans" that have no apparent magic to them. Judge Executives, if you're reading this, turn away from this hoax, this scam on the taxpayers. You know how much is coming out of your county budgets. They cannot offer you any return on investment. They will bounce from state to state, county to county, taking your money and your citizen's aren't any better off for it. A vast majority of the money you provide gives upper management tons of money. But it robs the people of money that could go to provide better services to help them find employment.
