Pros
The pay is good compared to other cna jobs.
Cons
There is a heavy lack of communication in this company. When there are changes in your scheduling it is extremely unlikely that you or the patient will hear about it. When these communication problems are brought to their attention nothing is done and blame is placed on other people or you are told to find a different company if you done like their communication. You get your schedule sent to you on the Friday before. Schedulers make you feel like they will work on issues presented to them but you never really seem to get a clear solution to the problem. Several patients that make inappropriate comments or advances towards aids Patients treat you more as a house keeper or personal assistant rather than a cna. So there is a lot of cleaning and running errands rather than taking part in pt personal cares like showers etc. There is a black out period for the Cnas from mid November to January while office staff doesn’t have the same restrictions for vacation time during that period.
