      Kind and thoughtful line manager. Psychologically safe environment. Positive atmosphere. Low pressure. Rewarding work. Great work life balance.

      Pros

      Flexible working, we manage our own diaries, regular supervisions and an annual appraisal, lots of scope to develop your role and try new ways of working. We can suggest learning and development opportunities. Most team members are very nice. Free annual leave day on your birthday. Good management support.

      Cons

      The pay doesn't feel reflective of the responsibility and demands of our role. Progression opportunities rarely come up.
