High turnover rate

Pros

Comfortable office and office food/ refreshments

Cons

They do not care about longevity for their employees. High turnover rate. They will let you go if you don’t meet expectations without warning. They will lie about the reasons you were let go but give other employees chances. Favoritism is through the roof. They do not take responsibility as a company for their lack of caregivers. You can ask for help and let them know you need assistance but they will fall short on assistance. They will not train you properly and you will need to take responsibility for the mistakes you make due to lack of training.

Not good

Pros

Clients are nice. Schedule is good.

Cons

There is no training. You literally apply, get hired, and are given a client all in the same day. As someone who has had caregivers for my grandmother it is concerning. Is there a background check? Basic CPR certification? Competency test? Training? No, no, no, and no. I don’t know how they are even allowed to operate. I left as soon as I got the chance and found an agency that actually care about their staff and clients. I wouldn’t hire Caresphere to look after my own family so why would I work for them?
