Pros

Compensation and benefits are very good. The management and co workers are very approachable and no one is left behind when it comes to employees skill development.

Cons

For me workload is a bit challenging but now it's much better and manageable

This is clearly a disgruntled employee who was terminated. We have a policy of kind, clear and honest communication at CargoTrans. This post also violated Glassdoor policy of clearly identifying members of a team.

They try to be inspirational. Nothing else!

Cons

Way too many cons. But biggest of them all is management. They don't have the slightest clue about this industry and the real way to manage a forwarding staff. Way to many meetings with no real outcome. It's more talk then do. Not to mention they have the owners wrapped around their little finger. They are so open to ideas yet when given , "it's not their procedure ". News flash , your procedure needs to be reworked, If your looking for a future with a thriving company, this is not the place.

Thanks for your feedback with regards to customer service. We just launched a new department called Customer Success and we've see great results in retaining existing clients and winning new ones! We have also hired a new diretor of sales and plan on hiring an adttional 3-5 salespeople this year! We're growing! Thank you!
