      Great work life balance! I feel like a person and not just a number here. I feel like I have the support to reach my full potential. I feel like I have finally found my "forever job" here at Caribou.

      I cannot think of any really. I'll work here until I retire.

      What stands out most is the transparency and care from leadership. The training materials provided are excellent and ensure everyone is on the same page. It’s a healthy workplace culture where your voice is actually heard like it is through field surveys.

      The best part about Caribou is the environment. The atmosphere is vibrant and filled with enthusiastic people who care about doing good work. It feels amazing to work somewhere where the core goal is helping consumers save money. Plus, having a leadership team that is communicative and receptive to new ideas makes a world of difference in the day-to-day experience.

      Cons

      Fast growth means you have to be comfortable with ambiguity at times as structures and workflows get built out.
