      It pays hourly, so there is overtime during OEP.

      Cons

      If you like people annoyed at you all day for bothering them, than it's a good fit.

      Excellent support and giidance through the learning process when entering CARIDA AS new employee Fair Py Great culture and communication from peers and stafff Carida takes pride in their work and they pass that along to their employees excellent lead flow

      Great Place to Grow & Thrive

      Pros

      I just started with this company a month ago and so far I am really enjoying the atmosphere and the management. They have a program going for new hires called "Carida Captain" which places top agents in the company in charge of championing and inspiring us to do our best. My captain, Jason, has been a great role model for me to see the many ways in which I can succeed within this growing company.
