Pros: You earn Bamboo Bucks from sales. Employee discount on products. Opportunities for travel.

Cons

Leadership tolerated unethical behavior and ignored serious concerns I raised about management. Job security is unstable, and employees can be quietly pushed out instead of being treated with honesty and respect. Promised travel reimbursements were later denied, even when my manager had approved them very much not a team business
