Took a month to actually start working after being given the job Barely communicated with about your start date and during the recruitment process so it’s a lot of chasing up and 0 answers

A fantastic place to work

Pros

People are at the heart of the business. The role and my manager were flexible with allowing me to arrange my hours to meet the needs of my home life. Training opportunities were offered, and I got the opportunity to visit and meet colleagues in many of the company's homes.

Cons

The Care Sector in general is not well paid, care is a calling, and therefore even in head office functions the salary reflected this.
