      Pros

      Most of the Management team is awesome! They care, are relatable, friendly, and willing to help each other.

      Cons

      They will lie to fire you. There is a high turnover with care staff. They have a hard time hiring for replacements in supervisory roles because (from what I witnessed) the job roles are too much for just one person, and the pay is too low for the work that is demanded.

      Pros

      The owners and admin team are great, they treat you fairly and like family. They work with your personal needs like school, kids and appts. It's a small close knit company, and I really like the communication system in place for your schedule and emails.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get switched off of a client that you really didn't want to get switched off of. Not many cons that I can think of

      This company has very comparable pay rate to other companies in the area. They have a lot of opportunity for hours. You feel like you’re making a great impact on the people who have special needs.

      Cons

      There aren’t any cons unless your are the type of person who doesn’t like to go to work and earn your honest wages.
