Pros
I never once thought of leaving due to the friendly work environment, hands on jobs, and reasonable pay. the Boss is always professional, honest and fair and can have a good laugh so he's not too serious. fellow employees are supporting and hardworking but can still have a good time. the pay is above minimum and automatically goes up by age. the boss is open for further raises upon reasonings also. There's always something to do so the day goes fast and honestly you can't smell the fish while you're working
Cons
You reek of fish after work but thats easily fixed by . shower. If you aren't a hard worker and can't do long shifts then you may struggle. And boy do you get a few weird and grumpy customers.
