      Very global. We expanded to many different countries this year Fast paced career growth. Lots of learning opportunities if you know how to take advantage of them

      Cons

      No remote work If you don’t want to work hard you will probably not survive for long. Management is very focused on performance

      - Pure agile practice - Creative thinking is encouraged - Giving autonomy to employees on highly complex tasks, no micromanaging - Hiring based on talent and potential, not seniority - Open office, working together with a young, dynamic team

      - Open office, can be distracting. Some people may find it a little hard working on tasks that require deep focus.

      Cons

      - All jobs are on site here, if you are not an office person, it is a con. But I personally love to be at Carla office. - Working hours: 10-19
