They treat employees HORRIBLY. Benefits are subpar at best. Health care professionals treated like kindergarteners.

Toxic work environments. Outdated hiring practices and out of touch leaders and colleagues. No career development or growth opportunity. They have a do more with less mentality. Gaslighting when they conduct employee satisfaction surveys, they essentially force you into saying this is a great place to work. Disorganized. They don't appreciate feedback, they basically just want you to keep your head day, stay quiet, and work. So many red flags, don't ignore them. People just look out for themselves. DEIBA needs so much work. If you like cliques and small town minded people then you'll love it here. Be prepared to be treated with zero respect or acknowledgment if you share concerns, say no, and/or decide to leave. You'll be an outcast if you don't assimilate. "It's all about patient care and giving the best care" means that it's all about money. They don't appreciate their teams. They're on the verge of doing layoffs. I can't say enough bad things about this place.
