      Pros

      Good salary, close to my house. Light work load until a young dynamic manager was hired my work load was doubled. Although I got lot to learn from him but couldn't match up to his capabilites or needs. It felt like the entire company was on sail boat and he was on rocket ship.

      Cons

      Frequent changes, lots of old rules.
