New "Purpose" and contribution to global climate improvement. Growing share in the industry. Growth of work scope Recognizing work from home capability for both HQ and non-HQ teams members.

Cons

With growth comes pain moving from entrepreneurial environment to "enterprise". Needs clarity for sales & marketing as the team's growth still seems very much word of mouth
