      Pros

      I love the people I work with every day. The company feels less like a company and more like family. The team genuinely cares for you as an individual and supports the company values. Generous PTO/Holiday schedule and 1/2 day Fridays all year are a really great perk! The hybrid work model for office positions is top notch. The product is also really great! The team cares tremendously about the product and there is a lot of ownership and pride in every item made.

      Cons

      Currently working out of four buildings in the business park so space is an issue at the moment. But we are building a new facility in Franklin!
