1) Pathetic infrastructure. Schools and colleges will have better infrastructure or washrooms then the company has been maintaining. They do not take any step forward even after receiving so many complaints from the employees. 2) Salaries are provided in emi's and no matter how much employees are complaining about the salary they take their own sweet time to process and always are out of funds. 3) Management plays cheap games and politics. Do not expect all people to be quite and tolerate your torture. Do not forget they have a right to pull you in Social Media and other mediums. There will be a time and you will count on it soon. 4) No AC'S working on most of the floors. 5) No shift allowances no transportation facility. 6) Worst HR Policies. Rules will vary from person to person here. 7) Absolutely No employee benefit. 8) Some Project Manager's do not even respect the personal life the people possess. Freshers don't have a question to voice out as they have always been in the enforcement and don't even get the respect for the work they do. 9) Project managers themselves don't know what's requirements.

How worse can you get as a company. I can assure you that all the five start ratings are from the management itself. This company is run by a husband and wife. If they had shown a small percentage of care that they show to post 5 star ratings, the company would have been in a surviving position at least. All the best Aromal and Indu, time for you to post another 5 star review. It's a shame on you that when employees complain like hell, you do foreign trips without paying salary on time. At least repair those chairs and have some air conditioning so that employees can breath. Employees are being literally tortured here. If I list at least 5 examples of mean culture from the management, it would be a disaster on their kids when they grow up and read this review. I would better not do that. But at least have some self respect. It's only the fear of identity that's preventing peoplefrom postong anything about Carmatec on social media. But I'm sure someday that will be Broken too. You cannot hide the truth with 100 lies for long.
