Pros

Truly the most intellectually honest, kind, and wonderful colleagues. Experiences vary depending on your program or department, but Carnegie is an inspiring and collegial place to be.

Cons

Would be great if HR could function better.

Pros

- Smart people - Nice events at times

Cons

- Extremely low pay, poverty wages, really - Senior fellows do not respect junior fellows and assign them a ton of work that is basically busy work. - Very little diversity. - Senior fellows make around 5-6x what junior fellows make, which is the reason why the younger employment base is struggling financially.
