- Most people are committed to the organization and are nice and capable - The organization is fair and generous in benefits, time-off and respecting personal time - The office space is very nice

- Transactional management style- There is a complete lack of career focus even in important roles. Management was only focused on the task at hand, not mentorship or career development - The review process, an important career milestone, was treated as a formality only.
