Hiring team - They put a lot of efforts in hiring their employees, specially Prerna has been the backbone of the team.
Cons
1) No feel good factor about the organisation . 2) CEO is highly impulsive and always on fire needs to respect his peers cant treat them as slaves. shouldnt ask people to follow his instructions. 3) No vision and no focus on future aspect . 4) Lack of a proper HR team and poor infrastructure . 5) CTO is running the show. 6) No welcome kit and lack of proper branding. 7) Lack of process and proper canteen facility. 8) No strategy to grow. 9) 60 people in 6 years wow.
