Strong hiring efforts overshadowed by poor leadership and strategy

Hiring team - They put a lot of efforts in hiring their employees, specially Prerna has been the backbone of the team.

Cons

1) No feel good factor about the organisation . 2) CEO is highly impulsive and always on fire needs to respect his peers cant treat them as slaves. shouldnt ask people to follow his instructions. 3) No vision and no focus on future aspect . 4) Lack of a proper HR team and poor infrastructure . 5) CTO is running the show. 6) No welcome kit and lack of proper branding. 7) Lack of process and proper canteen facility. 8) No strategy to grow. 9) 60 people in 6 years wow.

I am truly happy working here. The company has been very good to me and I really appreciate it. The work culture is friendly, and people respect each other. I never hesitate to ask for help because everyone is supportive and encouraging. The flexible timing has made both my work and personal life easier, and I feel trusted and valued. No company is perfect, but this place genuinely cares about its employees, which makes a big difference. I feel comfortable, motivated, and proud to be part of this team.
