      This job offers amazing opportunities. You meet incredible people and work with iconic organizations. Great communication throughout the company.

      Cons

      If you aren’t interested in the clientele, arts an entertainment, you will not enjoy the events. However…if you are interested in arts, you’ll love it. It’s very fast paced, but manageable

      The job offers many different opportunities to immerse yourself in Chicago's Arts and Culture community. From dance companies to touring experiences, there is something for everyone! You'll certainly never grow bored and will have a chance to experience so many fun attractions and performances.

      Cons

      The hours, especially when it comes to events, can be tiresome. Truthfully, there are no cons here that can't be said about any agency. High stress, high intensity but that's par for the course. If you are looking for a 9-5, 40 hours a week...this might not be for you.
