I'd say 3.5/5 stars overall. Pros include great clients, great location with a beautiful building and lots of amenities for clients, free meals for interns, and caring staff. It made a big difference to have employees who care about what they do. Overall a generally enjoyable job.
Cons
The clinical director changed around summer 2024 and things started going downhill. Lots of disorganization and lack of communication amongst the staff. And it always felt like the nepotism was off the charts. I watched many unqualified employees receive promotions with substantially higher pay, meanwhile I was often overlooked for promotions and constantly given more responsibilities for no more pay. With many years of experience I didn't even make a living wage. It was also an extremely high stress position with a high rate of burnout.
Not very professionally run, so you can have some fun at the office.
Cons
The upper management, or as they say, "owners," are 100% not qualified. You will have four different people and their wives telling you what to do… I think that says enough right there.
