      Pros

      Decent pay, pizza Friday, we can wear jeans to the office.

      Cons

      Poor management, toxic positivity, want to micro-manage and have everyone in the office only for all meetings to be over Zoom. Minimal room for growth. Constant mandatory overtime and weekend overtime. No flexibility with doctors appointments or other time outside of work. Extremely high production expectations with minimal training. Some meetings are over the phone and you are told things they tell you to not email about, only call about. Don’t encourage questions. They don’t want to hear about any issues with processes or guidelines, they just want you to work and pretend there are no issues.

      Cons

      Management cared only for their individual interests, and, on the whole, was a bunch of backstabbers who work under self preservation! If you expect diversity and inclusion you can absolutely forget it at this company.
